I thought they were doing chargebacks, not OF refunds. That means OF isn’t willingly providing refunds by taking the money from Thorne’s account, but are instead having money forcibly taken by the banks and credit card companies.
if people could get refunds on movies and CDs they absolutely would. in fact, theaters usually will refund you If you walk out early enough. You’ll at least get a gift card.
