1.If female is going all out with the watermarks,is there a way for us to remove them watermarks?
2.I agree with you 100% and sometime these female be asking for to much when the sets is not evening good.
Theoretically yes, they can be removed. The problem is figuring out how to remove them. These types of digital watermarks are completely invisible. It's not like EXIF data, which can be easily stripped. The digital watermark exists as a random imperceptible noise pattern that's embedded over the image. The only way to know the watermark is there is to pass it through the software that originally created the watermark. Screenshotting, resizing, cropping, recoloring, even completely destroying the image quality circa 2001 jpegs doesn't circumvent them. The software can identify the watermark from an incredibly small sample of pixels on the image.

The trick would be to figure out how the watermarks are generated, understand how they are applied, and then basically apply an inverse digital watermark over it to cancel it out. The problem is this is easier said than done. Digital watermarking has been around for years but it wasn't until recently that it became more affordable and accessible to average consumers. You'd have to basically reverse engineer all the consumer software that makes these to figure out how they work, and even then it's a long shot because you'll never know if you've actually removed the watermark in the first place. The only software that can recognize the original watermark is the software used by the person who first embedded the image with their own watermark.

This is why some girls have incredibly hard to find sets from their more recent years. As far as I know, Disharmonica and RL have been known to use these methods. That's why a lot of their newer stuff is so hard to find. There's too high of a risk in leaking them. If there's only 20 people in the crazy high expensive patreon tiers, it's no surprise that those people wouldn't want to leak the content. It would be easy to individually watermark 20 copies of the same set for 20 different people. One person leaks it and the patreon creator would know exactly which one did it.

In terms of legal damages, I think a lot of people greatly underestimate how the law actually works. As an individual, your images do carry a basic copyright. However you can't really do much if someone takes them and then uses them for their own purposes. On the flip side, if you are a registered business with an established trademark, and you provide images under that business, then you have a lot more legal pull. Suddenly you're no longer an individual posting pictures on the internet. You're a company with a registered trademark. And trademark infringement is a big deal.

For example, let's say you wanted to burn a bunch of CDs and you also wanted the original cover art that is used on them. You want them to look as legit as possible. That cover art will contain tons of trademarks, and selling or even GIVING those CDs away is a serious infringement on those trademarks. If you're caught, you'll be in a lot of very serious legal trouble. It's no different with these digitally watermarked images. If they have the money to burn in a legal battle, and they have the ability to identify an individual who infringed on their trademarks, they have every right to go after a leaker and they will be treated with the same respect as any other company involved in trademark disputes.

Before we packed our bags
And left all this behind us in the dust
We had a place that we could call home
And a life no one could touch
