Do you mean the yellow noise seen in the left picture? That's her watermark to track people who post online, which doesn't do shit except degrading the image quality of her sets. You can check it yourself, the digimarc photoshop plugin is free for verification and demo watermark embedding.

That explains it. Damn, it makes her pictures look terrible when they're zoomed in.
