This file downloads an executable file (.dmg) for mac. Is this some type of malware? How do I report this poster to the admins?

It ain't the poster. It's the hosting site. Anon files offers up the real .mp4 file. But it also offers up an .iso file (for those browsers on Microsoft Windows). Pretty shady, but that's par for the course with file hosting sites. Navigate those waters carefully (as you obviously did) and you'll be fine. Click the download link as many times as necessary to get the real .mp4 file and cancel the .dmg.
