It's a magnet link, copy all the text from "magnet" to "announce" and open it with your preferred torrent client

The process is probably the same, copy the link and open it or add it to the torrent client on your phone, i don't know the detailed instructions since i never open torrents with my phone.

Here's a quick tutorial for those unfamiliar with magnet links. I use qBittorrent by the way but it's the probably the same with other torrent application. From there you could just choose whatever folder(s) you would like to download.
