I don't even think she tries to justify it, I have only seen her talk about her egregious use of photoshop and her prosthetic breasts once or twice (and in case of the breasts it was on cosplay where they were bigger than usual so she can claim it was only those that were fake). She usually just ignores anything related to it and sometimes says it's not true. I also think like 95% of her fans don't even know her breasts are fake and if you tell them to look at her earlier cosplays they'll insist that her breasts just naturally grew triple the size.
