Try not using idm, try downloading it in your android phone
Best probably to download individual folders unless you are on a fiber line. If you try to download all the folders at once, you'll need an un-interrupted 2gig download to get it. Safer to just download each folder to check that it downloads properly instead of chancing it on a giant download.

No, your 79KB/s connection is stone age internet. Rural USA is my guess as 79kb is dial up speeds. Most of us with any decent connection downloaded it all in 5-10mins tops. Less if you are on fiber.

The average lowest speed I download on mega or google drive is 15mb/s
