I tried something with some settings in FormatFactory and I may be found a setting that doesn't lose much of the quality but saves a lot of space on the hard drive. Here is a link to the same picture from the original upload 2 post over this one.
Looks little grainy, but at least is zoomable. Seriously, I like zooming as much as the next guy, but what is the point of those 7kX10k resolutions? Completely overkill as rewards.
I know this is most of the time the case, I more meant about hers. When they are about that size (8-15mb) they are usually great, very crispy. I don't get what's going on with the newer ones, they come as over 50mb and insanely noisy. (My point about the image resolution size still kinda stands though, but that's just personal preference. I really don't get the gains from have such gigantic resolutions.)
