Maybe because she doesn't want to be considered like someone opportunist by getting fake boobs for money :) But here's her last pictures before she got implants :)

sono immagini di quando era adolescente facile che non avesse le tette grosse come le ha adesso le sono cresciute crescendo col tempo le crescono calano quando prende o perde peso,quelle rifatte rimangono sempre uguali

Dude, I knew her during this time, and these pictures were taken when she started Cosplay, and a couple months ago, hello new bewbies !
Also, as you can see on this picture, there are the scars all around the nipple, one technic to hide them.
(my girlfriend did the same technic ;) )

bho convinti voi se se le fosse rifatte sarebbero più grosse e si vedrebbero meglio e uguali da sta foto quasi non si vedono anche se la magletta è leggermente bagnata e nelle foto in cosplay non userebbe quasi sempre reggiseni leggermente imbottiti o con push-up starebbero sù da sole

Dude, Primo, make an effort to write in english. It's world wide, not only italian.
Secondo, in the Cosplay community, close friends of her knew about her boobs, and... I'm close to them too :)
As I told you, my gf has the same fake ones, and it's not because you did a surgery you will choose a F cup like pornstar ;)

They are fake, if you don't believe that, don't believe... but you will believe many fake things easily ...
