A thread I was watching disappeared and I wasn't sure why. I tried commenting on a similar thread with a similar issue but it stated a moderator would review.
The reply I commented on seems to have been deleted, so i tried starting a new thread which also never posted. Not sure if that person's content is blacklisted now or what and I don't know where to ask.

The Reason You Can Not Comment Without Approving Is Because You Dont Have Any (Rank Badge) .
So Before You Get a Badge Your Post or Comment Must Be Approved By a Moderator.
