The one program I use the most is called 'Automatic1111' (the number in the name is usually called eleven-eleven) though there are certainly others that can do similarly as much.
Most models that are loaded into these programs to render images are sourced from 'civitai' and 'huggingface'.

may I know your model? I did some tests with sd1.5 and I got only abomination

Within the 'Inpaint' tab under 'Extras' in 'Automatic1111' I usually use the 'inpaint' version of sd1.5 to paint over what parts I'd like to remove,
and then use a different model/prompt to fill in those areas with more "photorealistic" bits.
There's no 100% tried and true method, so it's a case of trial and error, as for some of these I went through a few dozent tries before the AI generated something that looked believable.

yes that i know, i am not new to SD, as i use it daily with anime/cartoons. i simply cannot get a good result with a (real) girl which is why I am asking you for a model and an example prompt.

Hey everyone, it has been a while.
I have a few "not so new" deepfakes I forgot to upload here last year.
Yes, it's me again, formerly known as "ldzy".
I've been absent since mid. last year after I lost the pw to my old account and was unable to get back in despite numerous tries...and I eventually lost motivation and just gave up.

Anyway.
Some of these fake-nudes of LadyZ you may already know about, but just for completionist sake I'm posting them here. xD

Here's another series of nude-ified images I did sometime last year.
(I won't go much into how I'm back "here" with my old account *lol)

3 of these aren't exactly nudes, but that was me testing the program for something.
LadyZ already looks quite fit in some of her sets, but I was wondering how a more "muscular-ized" appearance would look.
