Search your internet browser for video and photo download extensions. But be careful about what information they want to grab from you...some are very intrusive. Firefox is a good browser to use extensions on....not sure there is an "all in one" extension but at least with these ones you can choose what you want to download.
Browser extensions like Downloader for Onlyfans work well in Chrome and Chromium based browsers IME, but you have to go through post by post to find what you want to download.
