I feel you. Her OG face was lovely, it's a shame she gave into her self-consciousness and tried to 'upgrade' her body. Such a shame. I mean look at her... need I say more.

I think for casual browsers who always see the comment 'she changed a lot' and wonder why. These old pics I had saved should help, you can compare old to new and see what they mean. IMO Kat butchered herself with surgery, destroyed her face, destroyed her breasts, and her arm with that dirty tat. When she was doing cosplay only it was great. I'm sure somebody will disagree though and that's fine.

I can't figure out if she enlarged her breasts and lips again or if this is such an unfortunate angle in the photo

I think it's predominantly the angle. Specifically for her tits, she's lost weight over the years. The implants stay the same size regardless of overall weight loss so they look proportionally bigger on her smaller frame.
